The Data Controller and the Data Processor are hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party".

Agreement terms

The Data Processor provides services to the Data Controller under a separate service agreement (the “Main Agreement”). In connection with the delivery of these services, the Data Processor will process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.

This Data Processing Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the Data Processor’s processing of personal data and is concluded in accordance with Article 28 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Norwegian Personal Data Act.

The Agreement shall ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and that data subjects' rights are safeguarded.
